Permission to Broadcast: You grant Jake’s Backroad Beats, its affiliates, and broadcast partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and broadcast the submitted music, in whole or in part, on-air, online, or through other promotional channels.
No Guarantee of Airplay: Submission of music does not guarantee airplay or placement. All submissions are reviewed at the discretion of the producers and may be accepted, rejected, or removed at any time without notice.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jake’s Backroad Beats, its affiliates, and associated entities from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your submission, including any breach of intellectual property rights or other third-party claims.
Publicity Consent: You agree that your name, likeness, and submitted materials may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your music.
